This year in Latin I  you will learn:

1.      How language is constructed using the Latin language as the format.

2.      English grammar through Latin.  This will include learning the 6 tenses of verbs and how to conjugate Latin verbs in 4 of them.

3.      The various functions of nouns in a sentence and how to form and recognize different noun cases.

4.      The origins of many words in the English vocabulary which are based on Latin vocabulary.

5.      Common Latin phrases and quotes still used today.

6.      About Roman culture and some of the more common Roman myths.
